Using only black (marker works best) design next year's Kidz for a Cure t-shirt.
Fill out the entry form.

Be sure to send entry by 12/31/2009.
Winner will have their name and design on the shirt as well as receive a free shirt.
Judges are looking for neatness, creativity, and representing the feeling of Kidz for a Cure.
